If you need to bring a visitor into the data center, please contact us at least one business day in advance to obtain an authorization ticket. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or open a ticket in the support portal for an authorization. Please note that obtaining an after-hours access grant may take some time.
Keep in mind that the request for visitor access must be made by someone on your current access list (i.e. yourself), and once authorized, the person should be escorted by someone on your current access list if at all possible.
