ALL FACILITIES:
Bring your government-issued photo ID every time you visit the facility, and to your badging appointment if you are obtaining a badge. If you need to bring a visitor into the data center, please contact us at least one business day in advance to obtain an authorization ticket. Email support@datacate.com or open a ticket in the support portal (https://portal.datacate.net) for an authorization. Please note that obtaining an after-hours access grant may take some time. The request for visitor access must be made by someone on your current access list (i.e. yourself), and once authorized, the person must be escorted by someone on your current physical access list.
Persons whom need permanent (indefinite) physical access should be added to your user list in the Datacate customer portal (https://portal.datacate.net) and designated as having physical access privileges. In facilities where access is controlled by badge, they will then need to visit the facility during designated hours to present valid photo ID, be recorded in the facility biometrics system and be issued a badge.
MIAMI:

Once the badge has been issued, 24/7 unescorted access to the facility is available. Without a badge, persons on the physical access list may only gain access during normal business hours, by checking in at the security desk, receiving a temporary badge and being escorted upstairs. Please be sure that all persons whom will have physical access obtain their badges as soon as possible to avoid access issues.
